Born in Ethiopia, Karen and her two sisters completed high school in Cote d’Ivoire whilst her missionary parents worked primarily in Ghana before returning to Brisbane, Australia in 1988. Over the next 16 years she successfully studied for a BA at UQ and a degree in Music Technology at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music. She is a performing vocalist & keyboard player who served for over 12 years as Music Director with Calvary Family Church in Logan QLD prior to meeting Graeme and moving to Canberra.
Graeme is founder and chief serving officer (CSO) of ‘Heartland’ which is an association of life celebrants and consultants dedicated to equipping and mentoring people of all ages towards becoming transformational and transactional leaders for the purpose of building better and more productive communities in the spheres where they live, work and play.

At the core, Graeme simply believes that Jesus showed the favour of God to ALL that he came in contact with in the normal course of everyday life and work and that as such a relationship with God through Jesus Christ offers resources to help empower our daily journeys that we wouldn’t otherwise have access to. His life’s purpose is to help people engage with this truth.
